Zh 9434 Lt D.C. Smith, tag 2016-0168-00 o/n 1008169 3-6-57. Navy-coloured nurse cape made in 1957; lion’s head/with chain across top of jacket opening; buttons are Royal Canadian Ordnance Corps (RCOC). Manufactured by David Ellison Ltd civil and military tailors.
