Student Visits to Bardal’s

On 5 and 7 November 24, approximately 100 students in total visited Bardal’s Funeral Centre at 3030 Notre Dame Avenue to acknowledge Remembrance Week. The students listened to a veteran about his experiences then had an opportunity to view museum displays from the Combat Service Support and Fort Garry Horse Museums. The student tour ended with a visit to Brookside Cemetery to view the “Field of Honour”, including some specific gravesites.
