Spotlight Documentary Film Awards

The documentary film the Senate produced and launched in 2024 about “Camp Hughes: Prelude to Victory” has received a Silver Award from the Spotlight Documentary Film Awards in the US. The video focuses on the development of Camp Hughes, Manitoba prior to and during the First World War as a military training site where over 38,000 prairie soldiers trained.
