Bardal’s Funeral Home Student Visitors
On 3 and 5 Nov, students from two different schools visited Bardal’s Funeral Centre, 3030 Notre Dame Avenue, to acknowledge Remembrance Week. Students listened to a talk from a veteran, MWO N. Mladjenovic from the Queens Own Cameron Highlanders, explored artifacts on display from the Combat Service Support (CSS) and Fort Garry Horse (FGH) Museums, then boarded their school bus to visit soldiers’ graves in the Field of Honour at Brookside Cemetery.
