The purpose of the 38 Service Battalion CSS Newsletter is to help connect 16, 17, and 18 Service Companies despite their geographical distance and dispersion. The plan is for the Company Senates or Advisory Committees to collaborate in producing an on-line newsletter three times annually- February, May and November.
