DESCRIPTION:On Monday, 3 June 24, the Winnipeg Grenadiers Cadet Corps, which is associated with 38 Service Battalion, held their 75th annual ceremonial review (ACR) at Minto Armouries with 24 of 36 cadets participating, including a flag party. Several cadets were presented with awards including Company Sergeant Major WO L. Stefaniw who was named “Best Fourth Year Cadet (Gold Star)”, “Most Outstanding Cadet” and who received the Lord Strathcona Trust Fund Medal. Congratulations to WO Stefaniw on his accomplishments. Keep up the great work!\nSenate members LCol (ret’d) D. Watts, Maj (ret’d) E. Gerbrandt and Capt (ret’d) T. Klumper attended the event representing the Service Battalion Senate, Inc. LCol Watts presented the ”Most Improved Cadet” award to Cpl. Y. Main. Maj Gerbrandt presented the E. Gerbrandt “Participation Award” (formerly the Perfect Attendance Award) to MCpl M.
